Final Draft Constitution for Voting
As the period for members to consider the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the CSMF has concluded, a Final Draft Constitution has now been circulated to members and posted here for appropriate consideration by members prior to voting on the amendments at the May 2012 meeting of the Forum.
Apart from some minor layout changes which have been incorporated in the Final Draft, there have been no suggested changes to the amendments as outlined at the February meeting of the Forum and posted on this site earlier.
We look forward to your vote on the amended Constitution in May.
CSMF Constitution Review
The CSMF is reviewing its Constitution to make sure it is up to date with the latest legislative changes and is still a relevant document to guide the operation of the Forum. Attached is the draft Constitution in track changes so you can see what is proposed to be changed.
Members are encouraged to read the draft and to provide comment or suggestions via email by 30 March 2012.
Following consideration of all comments received a final draft will be circulated to members and posted here before 18 April 2012 so members will have sufficient time to consider the changes prior to the next meeting on 16 May 2012, when the proposed amendments will be voted upon.
